the Process Emotional ReframingSM This approach
is applied through deepest relaxation, beginning with ego strengthening. This
to create the strength and resilience to open every past experience. After the
internal resources are enhanced, the process proceeds to address issues in a super-cognitive mind-state. The
process exceeds human language. When human language is no longer the focus, changing the
emotionalized experience with emotional reframingSM,
is gracefully applied. The emotional reframe addresses experiences and
memories which PTSD, depression and complicated grief has arisen. The first meeting … Relaxation Non-verbalizing
while in therapy Shift emotions
for a better and new emotional assignment, to become joyful This presentation is required for the purpose of setting
expectations. This first session is not an intellectual, but rather emotional
session work, to create internal resources for a greater depth and more
complete therapy application in the next three hours. Session work is not
intellectual; it's emotionally-based. 1st hour: Relaxation and
"Safe Child – Emotional Reframing". This leads to the education of
self-embedding the Emotional ReframingSM
process. This feeling of being a
"Safe Child" is the internal conversation, with both words
and the emotions, to create a living sense of: "I love you, I'll never
leave you, and You can depend on me." This feeling is embedded to create resilience. This emotion has been described by some to be
the feeling of joy, or for some a ‘master emotion’. This overwrites the
previous hurt, which was learned through emotional disappointment, even fear
of death. When enhanced and brought into sleep, establishes an emotionalized
sense of being highly capable, the concept of resilience. This positively
changes the psychological sorting process of associational learning of
emotional events. This emotional
perspective creates brilliancy. This is what is known as the internal capacity of feeling
“safe”. This is established as one
would speak to a child to create the level of capacity to take on the world.
This ‘child’ beginning the 1st day of school, stepping forward
with a sparkle of adventure in their eyes and spirit. 2nd hour: Leads to asking Who, When,
What …The events and memories, reframed with the feeling of the “Safe Child”,
I love you, I’ll never leave you, and You can depend on me, talking to self. 3rd hour: Emotional ReframingSM - "What's available" perspective
redirection to the emotion of joy. This is the opening of the 'repressed
memory' to reprocess from a perspective of the new emotional resources developed,
and to close the previous emotional impasse with the application of the
emotional security acquired from "Safe Child." In
the extended 3 hour session, it has been possible to achieve most of these
objectives in a single extended period. Behaviors have been seen to be
changed in a positive way. 4th hour: Individual
"psychotherapy" - the only actual conversations with the therapist
where the client describes their issues. These are then addressed in
relaxation using Emotional ReframingSM
of what comes out of therapy: redirection to the emotion of joy. Safe Child
concept, "You can depend on me," (as speaking to self) will be
projected into future outcomes to change the emotional past from being the
limiting actions thereby setting the expectation that future will be
different and better than the past. This
session work can be completed in a week, or less, based on the availability
of the client. The outcome is a happy and productive life, and actions with
the best outcomes for the longest life, while giving and also receiving love. This is not to say every behavioral display is healed, but a significant
progress has occurred, and, additional assistance is available. Some have found they believed additional
session work was not necessary, as significant outcome did occur. This
decision is in the clients’ hands. Each person’s life experience is not the same as everyone else.
Depending on the extent of debilitation, an individual may not seek
additional/alternative therapy or antidepressant due to this session process.
Please refer to prescribing physician after sessions for re-evaluation of medication
and anti-depressants. Once this process has been engaged the individual may find: Therapy to shift to a new
emotional assignment is comfortable. Disclosure of emotions through
this has no connection to human language, and therefore cannot be documented
as a psychological diagnosis, will not follow as a service or employment
record. Specific to an emotional feeling,
when an emotion arises, it can be accurately addressed in a short time. The
objective of ADER is time efficiency, reduced cost and loss of time due to
this direct application to address embedded anger, fear thereby resolving the
associated behavior. Paul Rieker 951-970-5641 |
